The flag-off ceremony of the annual Rotary Week of Service for 2023-24 Rotary year was held in Lagos on Tuesday at Immaculate Heart Comprehensive High School in Maryland, Ikeja, Lagos.
The ceremony which was marked with an environmental sanitation exercise within the school premises was formally flagged-off by the District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Rtn. Ifeyinwa Ejezie alongside the Chairman, Rotary Week of Service Committee, Rtn. Olukayode Oladipo.
Also joining the exercise were the Principals of Immaculate Heart Comprehensive Senior High School and the Immaculate Heart Comprehensive Junior High School both share the school premises.

The District Governor Elect, Rotary International, District 9111, Rtn. Dr. Wole Kukoyi, and the District Governor Nominee, Rotary International, District 9111, Rtn. Henry Akinyele were also present to witness the exercise.

Also present were district leaders, Presidents of partnering clubs, members of the committee, as well as other Rotarians.
