REAN and All On have signed an MOU to provide investment readiness support to selected companies or operators in the Nigerian #renewableenergy industry. The signing of the MOU took place at the just-concluded Renewable Energy held in Lagos.
Through its incubation hub, All On Hub, All On will collaborate with REAN to provide investment readiness support in the form of conditions precedent advisory to selected companies or operators who are members of REAN.
All On is an independent impact investing company seeded with funding from @Shell & works with partners to increase access to commercial energy products & services for underserved & unserved off-grid energy markets in Nigeria, with a particular focus on the Niger Delta.
REAN President, Ayo Ademilua and the All On chief executive officer, Caroline Eboumbou, expressed great excitement for this partnership, considering its significance in preparing RE businesses for accessing investments.
