With oil sector crisis deepens, the Group Chief Executive Officer, Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, Mallam Mele Kyari is currently holding a meeting with the past Group Managing Director of the company.
Industry Sources told ENERGY TIMES that the meeting is around current issues in the nation’s oil and gas industry, most especially the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemical debacle, rising cost of fuel importation as well as operations of the company.
“Is basically to brainstorm and seek fresh ideas on how to push the industry forward”, the source said
Among past GMDs at the meeting are Engr. Gaius Obaseki, Engr. Chamberlain Oyibo.
