Chairman Hybrid Group, Engr. Dapo Omolade, has announced the taking off of a six-month intensive HSE technical skill development for 15 young Nigerian graduates.
The graduates who were competitively selected from hundreds of Nigerians who applied for the opportunity to join our batch 4 of the HSE Technical Skills Development christened TSD4.0.
This is coming from the back of previous 3 batches that have taken place between 2021 and now. The 2024 batch started April 5, 2024.

The program, a 6-months FREE intensive vocational training, an initiative of Dapo Omolade Empowerment (DOME) Initiative with technical partnership with Hybrid Group Limited and other HSE Leaders across the world, combines principles and practice of HSE and allied subjects. From classroom to the field … .including obtaining relevant and global certifications and qualifications … .at no cost but hardwork and commitment.
This human capacity building program has produced successful HSE professionals, who are making great impacts in the workplace and society.
