Nigeria’s Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, on Thursday told Nigerians to expect improved electricity supplies between six and eight months.
Adelabu who was speaking in Lagos after a visit to Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company and inspection of some facilities, stressed that with various upgrading and installations of new equipment across the country, Nigerians should be rest assured of improvements in electricity supplies in a few months time.
The Minister lauded Ikeja Electric’s management performance in ensuring stable power supply in the country, saying that the company is worthy of emulation by other electricity distribution companies
