MBH Power Limited on Monday commissioned its Compressed Natural Gas ( CNG) retrofitting center in Lagos.
Located in the heart of Ikorodu, the CNG retrofitting workshop is meant for both three and four fuel vehicles for domestic utilization of natural gas as a preferred fuel In transportation.
According to the Company’s Managing Director, Bagu Mukhi, the unveiling ceremony marks the company’s commitment to a journey that holds the promise of a greener and more sustainable future.

Mukhi explained that the setting up of the facility in Ikorodu, Lagos is strategic as it’s positioned to make cost-effective alternative fuels readily available, for both domestic and industrial users in the nearby communities.

He promised the company’s commitment to add four more centers before the end of 2024
“I want to assure you that MBH will complement this initiative with CNG filling stations for the converted vehicles”, Mukhi stated.
Presidential CNG Initiative (PCNGi) Representative, Mrs Taiwo Fashipe, noted that with the commissioning of the new CNG facility, modern station and conversion center, shows that Nigerians are increasingly adopting the gas initiative.

She emphasized that the vision of the PCNGi which is to foster a clearer and healthier environment through the adoption of CNG-powered vehicles is progressively being realized.
