As the world prepares to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, Continental Hotel Group is rolling out the drums to honor its female staff members. According to Karl Hala, Group General Manager, Continental Hotel Group, the hotel has lined up a week-long celebration to empower and celebrate women in the hotel’s growth trajectory.
“We have different kinds of activities to mark the week-long celebration for them,” Karl Hala stated. “We have health talks, entertainment, sports, and parties. We are doing them this year too. Already, there are committees across the two hotels that are organizing the celebrations.”
Karl Hala emphasized that the events lined up are part of the group’s conscious efforts to promote gender equality and inclusiveness in the hotel’s operations. “Several incentives are being offered to support women’s progress and accomplishments,” he noted.
At Continental Hotels, we recognize the invaluable contribution of women in propelling growth in the hospitality industry,” Karl Hala said. “Our desire is to continually lead in inclusivity for women in the hospitality industry.”
