Heeir Energies on Tuesday signed a gas flare commercialization agreement with five energy and infrastructure companies in Lagos, marking a significant step toward reducing gas flaring and strengthening Nigeria’s domestic gas supply chain.
The partner companies include AUT Gas, Twems Energies, Gas and Power Infrastructure Development Limited, PCC Development Limited, and Africa Gas Transportation Company Limited.

The deal is expected to support the capture, processing, and utilization of previously flared gas from Heirs Energies’ operations, promoting cleaner energy use, lowering carbon emissions, and contributing to Nigeria’s gas-to-power and industrial development goals.
