The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, FNSE, welcomed the Managing Director of Gas Aggregation Company Nigeria (GACN), Chijioke Uzoho, for the inauguration of the NCDMB/GACN/NGML Joint Working Team at the Board’s Liaison office in Abuja.
Recognizing the alignment of their respective mandates, GACN and NCDMB have agreed to a long-term collaboration to expand the gas market and ensure the sustainable development and monitoring of midstream and downstream gas activities in Nigeria. The partnership focuses on gas commercialization opportunities within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
The Joint Working Team aims to develop a comprehensive roadmap and strategize on modalities for effective collaboration and coordination among key stakeholders.

Their goal is to enhance the commercialization of Nigeria’s gas resources, increase market penetration, attract investment, and promote sustainable growth in the Nigerian gas sector.
